Have Oliver Gleave and Claire Owen Had A Tiff?

Having checked on Companies House, it looks like the co-founder of Oliver's latest venture, Loop Software Limited (10622485), Claire Owen has resigned from the company as a director and significant shareholder.
We can only speculate as to what has happened. It would not be unreasonable to think that (as Oliver did with Jupix) he has once again screwed over one of the founders.
Oliver had said back in October 2016 that he wanted to "...jump on this quick...before she takes the idea elsewhere...".
It seems that he got his way...
What is going on? This Monii venture went to a company based in Reading that dealt with insolvency issues. I was the only person who attended the invite! Are you sure you are likely to gain anything.
