It's been a long old process but the good news is that the Financial Ombudsman Service is still reviewing the complaint involving Oliver Gleave, Monii Limited and the funds raised on the CrowdCube platform.
The investigation focuses on two main areas. Where the correct declarations made by Oliver and were CrowdCube's product, Sprint administered correctly.
Evidence has been submitted along with a lengthy statement of truth regarding the above.
